As a team You’ll join a specialist team delivering a range of complex transformation programmes across wealth managers and private banks. Responsibilities
  • Supporting the design and delivery of wealth management platform implementations, including business and functional analysis, capturing business requirements, and solution design.
  • Design and develop solutions, including integration with ecosystem partner solutions.
  • Solution design and implementation, including configuration and customisation of various core platforms, including Avaloq, Temenos, BlackRock Aladdin Wealth or other leading technology platforms.
  • Assess business, technology and change impact, supporting target operating model design and delivery.
  • Support with test management including strategy and planning, SIT/UAT coordination and execution, data migration and cutover activities.
  • Engage with a variety of client stakeholders ranging from Front Office to Operations and Technology, to translate business needs into technical requirements, and delivering on business outcomes.
Qualifications
  • A strong academic background to Bachelor’s degree level or higher, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3‑5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in financial services consulting or industry.
  • Knowledge and/or hands‑on experience in various ecosystem technologies/technology platforms within Wealth Management/Private Banking, e.g. Avaloq, Temenos, BlackRock Aladdin Wealth or similar.
  • Technology/platform qualifications would be useful, but not essential e.g. Avaloq ACCP certification.
  • Solid understanding of Wealth Management/Investment Management front‑to‑back processes and operating model, including client and advisor journey.
  • Understanding of the Wealth Management ecosystem, key industry trends, and emerging technologies – having your own perspectives on this and ability to contribute to our industry Thought Leadership.
  • A solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies or a certification in project management methodology is a plus.
  • A practical knowledge of data, relational databases and/or programming languages would be an asset.
  • Willingness to work remotely or at client premises, both locally and abroad, on medium to long‑term projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a very good command of written and spoken English.
