The Technology Delivery Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of technology projects and solutions. This role involves planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure successful outcomes. The Technology Delivery Associate Manager will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver high-quality technology solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of technology and the ability to manage complex projects. The specialist should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
Please note: Experience in the Media, Telecoms or Software & Platform industries is essential.

- Ensures that work priorities and assumptions align with the program objectives
- Minimises opportunity for mistakes by building review time into plan
- Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates, and reasonable schedule for an activity or project segment
- Meets client expectations by ensuring that changes in scope or schedule are justified, covered financially, and agreed to by appropriate decision-makers

- Properly documents and follows through on progress, issues, and agreements
- Takes full responsibility when making decisions and taking action
