Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 8‑10 years of relevant experience in corporate and growth strategy development, including prior management consulting experience.
- Deep functional knowledge in portfolio strategies, New Business Model development, customer propositions, market/opportunity sizing, investment case development, and corporate strategy bets such as digital commerce, subscription models, and direct‑to‑consumer or membership propositions.
- Proven ability to drive value and growth‑focused transformations within organisations.
- Knowledge of pricing strategy is a plus.
- Interest and experience in recent innovations (e.g., generative AI) and their application to corporate strategy.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Team leadership and client management experience.
- Effective communication skills—both written and oral; ability to present confidently, empathise and deliver difficult messages; fluency in English.
- Comfortable handling complex, ambiguous issues and providing solutions that meet client needs.
- Interest in technology and data with the ability to creatively apply innovation to shape new corporate and growth solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus but not essential.
