About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our growing Security Products team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex business challenges, working with senior stakeholders, and helping organisations navigate security transformation initiatives. You will support the definition of security strategies, operating models, target-state solutions, and transformation roadmaps across a range of cyber security domains. Working alongside experienced consultants and industry specialists, you will play a key role in shaping recommendations, driving analysis, and helping clients realise business value from their security investments.
In this role you will:
- Support security transformation programmes from strategy through to implementation planning.
- Analyse current-state processes, technologies, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather and document business, security, and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops.
- Contribute to the development of target-state operating models, governance structures, and transformation roadmaps.
- Produce high-quality client deliverables, presentations, assessments, and recommendations.
- Support business case development and value articulation for security investments.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and project teams.
- Contribute to thought leadership, proposition development, and the continued growth of the Security Products practice.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Experience in cyber security, technology consulting, or business transformation programmes.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.
- Interest in one or more security domains, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, Security Operations, or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
- A proactive mindset and desire to develop as a trusted security consultant.
- Willingness to travel across the UK as projects require.
