We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PMO Manager/Consultant to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs by establishing and managing robust project management office (PMO) frameworks. The PMO Manager/Consultant will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive governance, planning, execution, and reporting across multiple initiatives. You will play a key role in enabling project success by providing strategic oversight, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage PMO frameworks, processes, and governance structures to support project and program delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to project managers and team members on PMO processes and tools.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and insights to leadership to support decision-making.
Necessary Knowledge / Skills
- Proven experience as a PMO Manager, Project Manager, or Consultant in a professional services or corporate environment, with exposure to SAP delivery programs.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches), applied within SAP or enterprise system implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously, including complex SAP transformation or rollout initiatives.
- Solid functional understanding of SAP landscapes and delivery lifecycles (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, or SAP cloud solutions).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivery, risk management, and governance.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage competing priorities across SAP programs.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe).
- Experience in managing PMO functions for large-scale transformation programs.
- Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
