Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong S/4HANA Service expertise with a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Service solutions across the full-service lifecycle.
- Service Request & Service Quotations, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Maintenance & Recurring Services, Billing and settlement, Inâhouse Repair.
- Lead fitâtoâstandard workshops and guide clients toward SAP best practices in Lean Service execution and Service with advanced execution.
- Configure service processes using standard SAP S/4HANA capabilities with minimal customization.
- Document Functional Specification on identified RICEFW objects in the Service domain.
- Design integrated service solutions across Finance (FI â billing, revenue postings, eventâbased revenue recognition), Sales (SD â pricing, billing, installation & commissioning), Plant Maintenance (PM â Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, Maintenance Orders), Asset Management (EAM â service on customer location and Inâhouse Repair), Materials Management (MM â spare parts, van stock, technician stock).
- Support advanced execution scenarios: Fixedâprice services, Resourceârelated billing, Recurring and subscriptionâlike services.
- Support various phases of project delivery and manage relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of SAP S4 HANA Service experience.
- At least a full lifecycle implementation from exploration to implementation phase.
- Ability to act as a Functional Solution Architect within the functional area, providing highâlevel design expertise.
- Proven ability to lead crossâfunctional teams in implementing SAP S4 HANA Service solutions.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
- Strong handsâon experience with SAP S/4HANA Service Organizational Structure & Master Data requirements, Service Order Management, Service Contract Management, Inâhouse Repair, Recurring services and maintenance execution, Intercompany Services, Service Billing related configuration, Service analytics and operational reporting.
- Experience using SAP Fiori apps for Service transactions and Analytical reporting.
- Understanding of Crossâmodule integration (FI, CO, SD, MM, EWM, PM / EAM, Warranty Claims).
- Knowledge of common integration patterns for Service & Maintenance business processes with other systems.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with SAP Service Cloud and SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
- Experience in S/4HANA conversion projects and Global rollout programmes.
- Broader understanding of S/4 HANA technology landscape, S/4 HANA Migration, and complimentary or thirdâparty solutions.
- Have already obtained or aspire to work towards SAP S/4 HANA cloud certification in their functional area.
- Have worked on SAP public and private cloud projects in any scale.
- Interest in specialising as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a specific area of SAP S4 HANA Service.
