As a team, you will be an integral part of our SAP delivery projects, acting as a Functional Expert in a specific area. You will work closely with clients, translating their business and functional requirements into SAP design documents. In this delivery‐focused role, you may lead a functional team and stay on one project for an extended period. Your strong business process knowledge, combined with your in‐depth expertise in your functional area, will be key to designing effective and efficient solutions for our clients. Additionally, you will contribute to the Fit to Standard approach for SAP S/4 transformations, ensuring seamless business transformations.

In our team you will:

  • Work with single or multiple clients at a time, focusing on delivery projects as a Functional Expert in Finance and Controlling.
  • Engage in longer‐term projects, collaborating with clients and functional teams to design and implement SAP solutions.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of SAP Finance experience, knowledge of E2E processes related to SAP Project System and cross‐functional integration like Order to Cash, Record to Report and Procure to Pay.
  • At least one full lifecycle implementation of all phases.
  • Good knowledge on Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Milestones, Project Budgeting, cost planning and forecasting.
  • Extensive experience in SAP S/4 transformations and a track record of successful project implementations.
  • Ability to lead workshops, document requirements, and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
  • Proven capability in defining SAP Finance functional roadmaps and strategies for clients.
  • Experience in leading business process re‐engineering efforts to optimize finance‐related workflows and enhance process efficiency.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, including C‐suite executives, to present functional strategies and gain buy‐in.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong understanding of revenue & billing management and investment management.
  • Broader understanding of S/4 HANA technology landscape, S/4 HANA Migration, and complementary or third‐party solutions.
  • Experience in handling revenue recognition and billing processes in coordination with SD/CO teams.
  • Good exposure to reporting and analytics for project cost control, performance tracking and decision‐making.
  • Obtained or aspiring to work toward SAP S/4 HANA cloud certification in their functional area.
  • Experience working on SAP public and private cloud projects in any scale.
  • Interest in specializing as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a specific area of Finance.
