Responsibilities
- Work as part of an integrated Accenture and client teams, defining, architecting, designing, delivering and deploying leading Salesforceâbased solutions to our Comms & Media industries clients.
- Develop your leadership and consulting skills whilst delivering Salesforce at scale, to deliver measurable client value in some of the most dynamic and challenging environments.
- Drive creativity and innovation in solutions to deliver value for clients and Accenture.
- Support preâsales activities including shaping and presenting solutions, and estimating and planning for delivery.
- Lead the development of offerings specific to the Comms & Media industry, in collaboration with Salesforce and ISV partners.
- Develop further skills in Salesforce, solutions, project management, and client engagement through handsâon experience and training.
Qualifications
- Direct clientâfacing Salesforce technical consulting experience within Comms, Media and HiâTech industries specifically in Telco domain.
- Proven handsâon experience architecting, designing, building, and delivering integrated solutions based on Salesforce clouds and leading ecosystem products.
- Multiple Salesforce certifications including Salesforce Industries, with progress toward Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and/or Salesforce Architect certifications.
- Ability to architect robust Salesforce solutions from highâlevel application landscapes down to specific features and functionality.
- Proven ability to identify and assess solution options and make recommendations to clients based on structured approaches and leading practices, while navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience addressing key architecture concerns (scalability, performance, security, availability, etc.) in the context of Salesforce.
Set Yourself Apart
- Comms & Media industryâspecific knowledge and experience leveraging leading Salesforce and ecosystem industry solutions.
- Evidence of bringing emerging solutions and innovations â such as GenAI â to deliver value for clients.
- Comms Cloud Accredited Professional Certification and Salesforce Application/System Architect.
- Preâsales solution architecture experience (including solution shaping, and delivery estimation and planning).
- Active Salesforce community participation and contributions.
