Responsibilities:
- Shape the enterprise vision for Power Platform and Copilot Studio adoption, advising clients on how to leverage the full Microsoft low‑code and agentic AI ecosystem to reimagine business processes and ways of working.
- Navigate and understand internal complexity of large enterprises to demonstrate the benefits of using Power Platform and Copilot Studio alongside other line of business applications such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.
- Evangelise and guard Power Platform & Copilot Studio during discussions with technical and non‑technical stakeholders by using the right artefacts to prove the scalability and governance of the platform.
- Architect end‑to‑end solutions that span the low‑code/pro‑code spectrum while knowing when to leverage Power Platform’s rapid delivery model and when to integrate custom Azure services, APIs, or code‑first components for scale and complexity.
- Lead the design of agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio, including multi‑agent orchestration, autonomous workflow automation, and AI‑augmented business processes while translating emerging Microsoft AI capabilities into tangible client value.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define value‑based transformation roadmaps and build compelling investment cases, grounding recommendations in measurable business outcomes.
- Design governance models, CoE frameworks, and operating models that enable clients to scale adoption responsibly by covering security, compliance, ALM, and platform management.
- Lead and mentor delivery teams, providing technical oversight across the full solution lifecycle from discovery through to deployment and hyper‑care.
Skills & Experience:
- Deep hands‑on experience across the Microsoft Power Platform stack especially Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio with a track record of delivering enterprise‑grade solutions.
- Strong understanding of the agentic AI paradigm: designing agents, orchestrating multi‑agent systems, and integrating Copilot Studio with broader Microsoft 365 and Azure AI services.
- Proven ability to navigate the low‑code vs. pro‑code boundary while knowing when to extend Power Platform with custom connectors, Azure Functions, or Dataverse plug‑ins, and when not to.
- Consulting mindset with a passion for client impact: able to engage credibly with both technical architects and business executives and translate complex platform capabilities into clear strategic recommendations.
- Experience establishing and scaling low‑code CoEs, including governance frameworks, security and compliance models, maker enablement programmes, and platform operating models.
- Comfortable leading client‑facing engagements and multi‑disciplinary delivery teams, with the ability to mentor junior architects and developers.
- MSFT certifications such as PL‑600, PL‑400, PL‑200 are an added advantage.
