Role Overview
As an Oracle Cloud R2R Manager, you will:
- Lead teams designing and delivering Oracle Cloud Record to Report solutions.
- Broaden your leadership, application and consulting skills within a supportive professional consulting environment.
- Collaborate as a key member of the UK Oracle team.
- Develop credibility and relationships with client stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud's AI capabilities and agents.
- Appreciation of userâexperienceâbased design (personas, user journeys) and its role in augmenting solutions.
- Experience with functional data conversion, transformation and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of the functional, application and technical implementation approach in Oracle Cloud ERP programmes.
Experience and Skills
- Oracle Cloud General Ledger, Asset Management & Subledger Accounting.
- Solid experience implementing Oracle Cloud Record to Report solutions.
- Design of enterprise structures, chart of accounts and local reporting.
- Understanding of finance data structures, migration and integration.
- Understanding of finance processes and challenges.
- Excellent communication and clientâfacing skills; able to lead workshops with industry examples.
