Role Overview

As an Oracle Cloud R2R Manager, you will:

  • Lead teams designing and delivering Oracle Cloud Record to Report solutions.
  • Broaden your leadership, application and consulting skills within a supportive professional consulting environment.
  • Collaborate as a key member of the UK Oracle team.
  • Develop credibility and relationships with client stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud's AI capabilities and agents.
  • Appreciation of user‐experience‐based design (personas, user journeys) and its role in augmenting solutions.
  • Experience with functional data conversion, transformation and reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of the functional, application and technical implementation approach in Oracle Cloud ERP programmes.

Experience and Skills

  • Oracle Cloud General Ledger, Asset Management & Subledger Accounting.
  • Solid experience implementing Oracle Cloud Record to Report solutions.
  • Design of enterprise structures, chart of accounts and local reporting.
  • Understanding of finance data structures, migration and integration.
  • Understanding of finance processes and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and client‐facing skills; able to lead workshops with industry examples.
