Opportunity: To lead the end‑to‑end functional and business solution architecture for IBM Maximo / Maximo Application Suite (MAS) implementations, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business outcomes and align to enterprise operating models while remaining feasible within platform and delivery constraints.
In this role you will:
- Solution & Function Architecture: Lead process discovery, fit-gap, and solution design across core EAM capabilities (work management, asset lifecycle, inventory, procurement, service management). Define target state processes, governance, and operating model aligned to client objectives. Own the solution architecture design and ensure consistency across workstreams.
- Value and Ownership: Translate business objectives into solution requirements and design decisions. Define KPIs and reporting frameworks aligned to operational performance and value realisation.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders across functions. Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and programme leadership.
- Design Governance: Provide functional design authority across the programme lifecycle. Work in close partnership with the Technical Architect and Functional Lead to ensure feasibility and alignment. Manage requirements traceability, design decisions, and change control.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
