Responsibilities:
- Lead focused project teams across a range of A&D clients and problems
- Take ownership of framing the problem, structuring the analysis approach, and lead the execution
- Coach and develop team members to deliver excellence
- Structure and communicate outcomes to client management teams
- Work alongside client teams to help implement recommendations to deliver value
Qualifications:
- 6‑8 years’ relevant experience in the Aerospace and Defence industry, with prior consulting experience or experience leading transformation and change initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record, or equivalent experience. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus but not essential
- Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas – Supply Chain, Operational Improvement, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Sourcing and Procurement, Digital Engineering, Complex programme delivery
- Exceptional creative problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Team leadership experience
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Fluency in English
- A passion for Aerospace & Defence, technology and innovation
Security Clearance: To apply for this role, you must hold or be eligible for UK security clearance. You must have lived in the UK for the past five years without an absence from the country of greater than 30 days at a time.
Benefits: In addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also receive an extensive benefits package including 30 days of vacation per year, access to app‑based fitness classes and discounts on a range of gyms, private medical insurance, and three days leave per year for charitable work of your choice.
Work Arrangement: Your home office can be in London, Manchester or Newcastle. This role is client‑facing and will therefore involve travel, working in other parts of the UK.
