THE WORK
Ready to lead complex Google Cloud engagements and drive delivery outcomes for global clients? You are a hands‑on technical delivery leader who combines strong engineering judgment with delivery discipline. You know how to lead onshore execution, coordinate effectively with nearshore teams, and guide programs from solution design through deployment. You bring the credibility to work directly with client stakeholders while also providing direction to engineers and architects across distributed teams.
In this role, you will bridge business priorities and technical execution across multiple workstreams. You will lead delivery for cloud transformation programs, own technical and delivery decisions, manage scope and risk, and ensure high‑quality outcomes across the lifecycle. You will work closely with clients, Accenture leadership, and distributed delivery teams to shape solutions, drive governance, and deliver value using Google Cloud platform‑native capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical Delivery Leadership: Lead onshore delivery for Google Cloud programs, coordinating closely with nearshore and offshore teams to drive execution, quality, and accountability across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Client‑Facing Solution Leadership: Work directly with clients to understand priorities, shape solution approaches, align business and technical requirements, and provide trusted technical guidance throughout delivery.
- Architecture and Engineering Oversight: Guide design decisions, review solution quality, and support engineering teams in delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions built on Google Cloud.
- Delivery Management and Governance: Own scope, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and governance processes to ensure successful program delivery and strong client outcomes.
- Cross‑Functional Team Leadership: Mentor team members across locations, foster collaboration between onshore and nearshore teams, and promote modern engineering practices that improve delivery consistency and speed.
- Broad Google Cloud Solution Delivery: Bring experience across one or more Google Cloud solution areas, including modernization, Data & AI, Contact Center AI, Workspace, marketing technology, security, and agentic AI, using platform‑native Google Cloud capabilities to solve client challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant demonstrable experience in hands‑on, client‑facing technology roles such as engineer, architect, consultant, or delivery lead.
- In‑depth experience architecting and delivering solutions on Google Cloud Platform, with broader knowledge of platform‑native services beyond application deployment.
- Proven experience leading technical delivery for client engagements, including solution design, execution oversight, stakeholder management, and go‑live accountability.
- Experience leading distributed global teams and working effectively across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage engineering teams, client stakeholders, and executive audiences with clarity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

- Consulting experience with strong stakeholder management and the ability to lead technical discussions in complex client environments.
- Experience applying modern engineering practices, delivery governance, and operating models across cloud transformation programs.
