Team Overview: You'll be joining our Commerce team within Accenture Song UKI, a dynamic group at the forefront of digital innovation. We're passionate about creating next‐generation customer experiences, and we believe that generative AI and agentic commerce are key to unlocking the future of online shopping across a variety of industries.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the discovery process to understand customer needs and define the product vision and strategy for our GenAI and Agentic Commerce solutions.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, translating business requirements into user stories and a prioritized product backlog.
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize features for the development team, ensuring that we are building the right solutions to meet customer needs and business goals.
- Stay up‐to‐date with the latest advancements in generative AI and agentic commerce and champion their adoption within the team and with our clients.
- Advise clients and internal teams on how to leverage the latest Agentic Commerce trends to drive business value.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a product management role.
- A strong understanding of generative AI and agentic concepts and their potential applications in commerce.
- A solid understanding of the e‐commerce landscape and its underlying technologies, including the wider commerce tech landscape (e.g., PIM, DAM, CMS, CDP).
- A deep understanding of commerce capabilities such as digital shelf optimisation, merchandising, trading, and commerce analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Experience working on large‐scale digital transformation projects.
- A professional certification in product management or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
- Experience in the retail or CPG industry.
Preferred / Distinguishing Qualifications:
- Hands‐on experience building proof‐of‐concepts or AI agents using no‐code/low‐code or enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Google Gemini Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot Studio).
- A portfolio of thought leadership content (e.g., articles, whitepapers, conference presentations) on Agentic Commerce, GenAI, or related innovation areas.
- Experience contributing to or leading large‐scale digital transformation programmes.
- Professional certifications in product or agile frameworks (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe PM/PO).
- Industry experience in retail or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
