An Endur Trading Business Analyst specializes in supporting and optimizing the Endur trading platform used by energy and commodities trading firms. The role involves working closely with traders, risk managers, and IT teams to ensure the efficient implementation and operation of Endur software in trading, risk management, and back‐office processes. Responsibilities include analysing business requirements, configuring Endur functionalities, identifying system improvements, and troubleshooting issues related to trading workflows. The analyst also plays a key role in ensuring data integrity, generating reports, and facilitating user training. Strong knowledge of energy trading processes, financial instruments, and Endur software is essential.
Business Analysis / Project Delivery Experience
- Track record of end‐to‐end project lifecycle delivery
- Strong BA experience including capturing business problems, value drivers and functional/non‐functional requirements
- Experience running workshops and user acceptance testing
- Demonstrable stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile project delivery
Energy Trading & Endur Experience
- Experience of energy trading markets, with a strong understanding of one of the following markets considered an advantage: UK & European Power, UK & European Gas and/or Environmental products
- A working knowledge of different trading instruments, including:
- OTC transactions – including forwards, swaps, and simple options
- Exchange‐traded futures & options lifecycle including cascading
- Trade capture – complex deal modelling and pricing
- Market Risk
- Risk Valuation
- Back‐Office processes
- Accounting processes
- EOD
- Migrating between ETRM systems
