As a result, we have created a new Architect Manager role to help our clients discover and assess the potential of the Microsoft Customer Engagement solutions, and to develop the architecture and roadmap required to deliver the platform across their organisation.
Responsibilities
- Have a highly visible role, envision and design innovative solutions and services for Accenture's enterprise clients
- You will act as a trusted advisor
- Take ownership of the solution from early-stage meetings through the delivery lifecycle
What we are looking for / Qualifications
- Confident operating as the lead architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including core sales and service and adjacent areas.
- Client focus: experience leading client envisioning and solution assessment workshops to define high level architecture and technology roadmaps.
- Collaboration: draw in SMEs across the Accenture Microsoft Business Group and Avanade with expertise in key areas including Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure Data & AI, and Security.
- Orchestrate our offshore architects and delivery centres to shape winning solutions.
- Partner with our customer strategy & consulting teams to shape innovative roadmaps that deliver rapid value for our clients.
- Thought leadership: as a knowledgeable member of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 community, you work with the Microsoft tech specialists and GBBs to bring latest innovations to our team and our clients.
Technical Skills
- Proven experience of Customer Engagement solutions including Dynamics 365 Sales and Service
- Ability to use and understand Power Platform and Copilot Studio to develop AI-first solutions to client problems
- Proven history of working with key ISVs in the sales and service categories
- A strong knowledge of Azure integration services and AI services
