Join Accenture UK & Ireland as a Digital Finance Transformation Consultant. This role is part of our CFO and Enterprise Value practice, helping clients increase enterprise value and steward the digitalization of the entire enterprise.
Location: London, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh (location flexible)

Our CFO and Enterprise Value team serves CFO priorities, driving digital transformation across finance strategy, process excellence, planning, consolidation, analytics and reporting.
Responsibilities:- Support clients to achieve strategic and operational goals by introducing efficient ways of working, enhancing processes and refining operating models.
- Employ judgment to address complex client challenges, applying rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis (e.g., business case development) and making decisions with little oversight.
- Facilitate designāthink workshops, showcase agile design, coādevelop and secure decisions and innovative solutions in an agile manner.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their business requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Contribute to business development activities, including identifying opportunities, developing and presenting proposals.
- Support development of CFO & EV practice/community capabilities, such as creating offerings, assets and relevant thought leadership.
- Continuously learn new skills and enhance your skill set to support the growth of CFO & EV and the wider Accenture organization.
- 3+ years of consulting experience or 5+ years of industry experience in finance transformation, digital finance projects, or largeāscale ERP/GBS/sharedāservice transitions.
- Familiarity with key finance technologies and data, including cloud ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Practical knowledge of AI, Robotic Process Automation and Analytics and their application in finance.
- Process expertise in designing optimized and digitized finance processes: O2C, P2P, A2R, R2R.
- Ability to conduct fitāgap analysis for finance technology and business processes, develop roadmaps and vendor assessment/selection.
- Experience in designāthinking/agile project delivery methods.
- Professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical, collaboration, planning, influencing, prioritisation and timeāmanagement skills.
- Proven track record in driving business outcomes for large clients and supporting sales pipeline and bid/proposal processes.
- Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements.
- Experience in designāthinking/agile project delivery methods.
- Professional Finance or Accounting Qualification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
- Highly credible, engaging across all management levels.
- Strong analytical and creative problemāsolving skills.
- Excellent collaboration, planning and influencing.
- Driven, adaptable and optimistic.
- Proven track record in business outcomes for large clients.
