About The Team
Join Accenture Song’s Design and Digital Products team – a multi-disciplinary group bringing together design, technology, data and product management to deliver connected experiences across every industry.
We help our clients imagine and deliver the next generation of web and mobile platforms, services, and ecosystems, then continuously improve and scale them through optimisation, experimentation, and innovation.
You’ll work alongside strategists, designers, engineers, and analysts to bring bold ideas to life, improve customer journeys, and create measurable Business Value. Our culture thrives on collaboration, curiosity and creativity, empowering you to shape products that make a difference.
As a Delivery Lead, You Will:
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital products and experiences across web, app and service platforms – from strategy through launch to optimisation.
- Act as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ensuring business goals, customer needs and delivery outcomes are tightly aligned.
- Drive agile delivery, ensuring high‑quality outputs that meet user and business needs on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with clients to define product vision, prioritise backlogs and establish delivery roadmaps grounded in measurable impact.
- Partner with Experience Design, Performance, Analytics, and Engineering teams to run continuous CRO and experimentation programmes that optimise performance and engagement.
- Support sales and pre‑sales activities, shaping new opportunities, crafting proposals, and defining delivery models for Song’s clients.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, guiding them through digital transformation and product evolution.
- Foster knowledge sharing and best practice in agile delivery, experimentation, and product management across the Song network.
We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience leading digital delivery or product management engagements within an agency, consultancy, or in‑house environment.
- Deep understanding of product ownership, agile methodologies, and cross‑functional team delivery.
- Experience in web or mobile app delivery, ideally spanning UX/UI design, engineering, and performance optimisation.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation (CRO), A/B testing, analytics, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in complex multi‑partner environments.
- Demonstrated ability to connect creative and technical disciplines to deliver seamless, user‑centred outcomes.
- Solid commercial awareness, understanding of KPIs and product performance metrics.
- Passion for digital design, user experience and technology innovation.
