As a Product Designer within our Design & Digital Products team, your strategic thinking and creative application will excite and empower. Delivering meaningful impact to our customers and our clients, you will collaborate alongside Strategists, Content Designers, Service Designers and Developers to inform change for good – building new ways of seeing and experiencing the world through compelling digital solutions. Our team comes from different places, cultures, and ways of thinking – and that keeps our work fresh and interesting. You will bring your own energy and ideas, help us stay curious, and make sure we create with heart, openness, and boldness.
Your Experience And Skills
- 2-3 years of relevant experience including 1-2 years of digital product design experience and participating in all aspects of design (planning, research, concept creation, UX design and UI design).
- Experience in design system creation, maintenance and management.
- An understanding of how AI will help inform more impactful work.
- An understanding of accessibility guidelines and experience in designing to industry recognised standards.
- Proficiency in design tools including Figma and Adobe CC.
- A great appreciation for brand, typography, colour and layout.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and growth mindset to think around problems, navigate ambiguity and challenge clients to think differently.
- Strong execution with an eye for detail and the passion to constantly strive to improve and take the work to the next level.
- Ability to take ownership of the end-to-end design of the experience.
- Support in solving design problems, from identifying user needs and generating concepts to defining and creating beautiful, unmistakeable and coherent interactions.
- Deliver the design of user interfaces that are elegant extensions of the brand.
- Build new experiences that hook you in and nudge you along in a natural and intuitive way.
- Improve existing products through creative thinking, and communicate design concepts for digital products through various artefacts such as sketches, wireframes, user flows, screen designs and interactive prototypes.
- Create detailed definition of visual and interaction design based on relevant business, technical and design considerations, working in collaboration with client teams to understand the user, business and brand.
- Collaborate with other designers, developers and researchers on mixed methods work to bring integrated value to our clients, working in collaboration with design leads and junior team members to nurture a new generation of talented design practitioners.
- Present thinking and explain, discuss and justify design decisions through appropriate methods to gain feedback and iterate your thinking.
- Support new business development efforts by providing expert information in pitch efforts and client meetings.

- Some of our clients require background checks. You will need to complete a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) to confirm your identity, criminal record, right to work and residency.
- Comfortable with hybrid working. Every project is different, but we love our team to be in the studio and in our client's office to work collaboratively.
