What you will do:
- Work for tier-1 clients across industry sectors - helping them turn their cloud strategy into reality.
- Help design and deliver transformative cloud solutions - from migrating legacy applications onto Cloud, to building innovative, new cloud-native applications.
- Continue to learn and grow - we actively encourage and support continuous learning and certification.
- Serve as a cloud evangelist, educating customers on the value Cloud computing can bring to transform their business.
In your role as a Manager:
- Design end-to-end AWS solutions across business, data, and application domains, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead delivery teams and ensure solutions adhere to architectural best practice and governance standards.
- Apply cost optimisation principles and manage budgets effectively to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Drive cloud-first strategies, including modernisation of legacy workloads and adoption of serverless and containerised architectures.
- Implement robust security and governance controls, ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
- Guide and mentor consultants, ensuring technical quality and consistency across deliverables.
- Manage strategic cloud initiatives, such as migration programmes, network optimisation, and sovereignty compliance.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Significant hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using AWS cloud services.
- AWS Professional and/or Associate certification (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure cloud architectures; experience in cost optimisation and familiarity with cloud best practices.
- Strong understanding of data platforms and analytics solutions; experience designing AI/ML-driven solutions and data lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in designing application workloads using modern cloud patterns (serverless, containerised, microservices); familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Deep knowledge of identity, access management, encryption, and compliance frameworks; ability to implement security best practices across cloud environments.
- Understanding of integration patterns and event-driven architectures; ability to design APIs and hybrid connectivity solutions.
- Experience designing highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable solutions; knowledge of disaster recovery strategies; ability to design for performance, resilience, and observability; familiarity with monitoring and optimisation practices.
- Awareness of cloud governance.
