The role will focus on developing best-in-class advertising campaigns and leading brand sponsorship programs that engage Accenture's key audiences across the UK market.
Responsibilities- Paid Media
- Drive advertising excellence and implement Accenture's UK advertising programs in alignment with global strategy, ensuring consistency and local relevance.
- Lead end-to-end advertising efforts across client-facing and talent-facing campaigns, including strategic planning, media mix development, creative coordination, and execution, in close collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
- Localize and adapt global campaigns, ensuring messaging resonates with UKI audiences.
- Partner with the social media lead to build a unique and consistent paid media/social media presence.
- Pilot emerging media formats and lead strategic partnerships with clients, premium publishers and platforms.
- Plan and manage the rollout of high-impact media partnerships and activations.
- Analyse different media proposals and evaluate opportunities to integrate into campaigns.
- Sport Sponsorship
- Lead the strategic activation of Accenture's brand sponsorships across the UK and international markets.
- Manage relationships with very senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage directly with key clients and partners to maximize sponsorship value.
- Partner with business teams to convert sponsorship assets into revenue-generating opportunities.
- Own end-to-end execution of sponsorship activities.
- Develop and deliver compelling storytelling, content, and experiences.
- Measure and optimize sponsorship and campaign performance.
- Brand
- Lead branded environment initiatives in strict alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Leverage data analysis, relevant metrics, and informed insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of, and passion for advertising, with the ability to execute and implement multi-faceted campaigns.
- Experience overseeing advertising and understanding what makes audience engagement effective.
- Required a higher level of experience in sports sponsorship management.
- Robust project management experience and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to plan, activate, and manage sponsorships aligned with brand objectives.
- Ability to oversee sponsorships end-to-end, from strategy to reporting and evaluation.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deliver executional excellence, as well as creativity and innovation.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing ideas to improve effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent, advanced degree preferred.
- Strong expertise and experience in marketing and communication with at least 5 years of advertising and social media strategy experience.
- Robust project management skills, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
- Fluent English.
