Job Qualifications
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Significant experience leading teams and growing the careers of team members.
- Building relationships with stakeholders who are expecting to see results.
- Experience building backend services in several different integration paradigms, for example synchronous API-driven, message-driven, and event-driven.
- Fluency in at least one of Java / C# / Python / Typescript or React.
- Recent experience building, deploying, and running cloud-native applications on top of AWS and/or Azure.
- Strong practical experience of defining strategies, building and delivering products & services using Agentic AI.
- Experience working in DevOps teams with industry-standard practices.
- Producing repeatable, automated tests for your own work.
- Enjoy working with people to build things and solve problems together.
- Comfortable with change and always happy to learn something new.
