We’re Accenture Song’s Venture Studio - brought in when clients need to evolve what works now, reimagine what’s next, or build something entirely new. Our team is made up of Growth strategists, Product builders, and Creative designers who make growth happen for truly game-changing businesses like L’Oréal, IKEA, British Airways, Virgin and JLR. Your role as a Growth Strategist is to bring together strategic thinking and excellent execution to every project, from early-stage idea generation to detailed digital design, build and operation. We are looking for passionate generalists who exhibit interest and relevant experience in growth, product and or venturing. You will be responsible for the outcomes of a single workstream such as commercial or market analysis, with the autonomy to plan and execute across your workstream, delivering work independently, with guidance from a Senior Growth Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent work across the entire venture building process.
  • Carry out primary customer research and market analysis to identify new venture opportunities.
  • Run in-market tests to validate demand for new venture ideas.
  • Contribute to the business, growth or product strategy thinking that guides our clients’ decision-making.
  • Develop op models and governance structures for running new ventures.
  • Develop product roadmaps and work with technical teams to scope out features and delivery timelines.
  • Design go-to-market strategies for products to win in market.
  • Develop the commercial models that identify and articulate the value and commercial dynamics of our ventures.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of your venture team by running key project management initiatives.
  • Build on the culture of the Venture Studio, by sharing your ideas and participating in company forums.

Throughout, you will work hand-in-hand with our creative team to push the quality of thinking and storytelling.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2+ years of demonstrable professional experience – examples include consulting, working in startups or elsewhere in industry.
  • A flexible mindset with the ability to quickly adapt across disciplines, balancing both execution and creative problem solving.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and growth mindset to think around problems, navigate ambiguity, and challenge clients to think differently.
  • A strategic thinker who would relish being able to contribute to at least one of: go-to-market strategies, growth plans, and product roadmaps, synthesizing data and insights into actionable strategies.
  • A collaborative and versatile team player, comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
