As part of the Software & Platform Engineering team, you will work hand‑in‑hand with clients to build digital products for them and their customers. Your role will involve deploying your own mastery to get things done hands‑on and leading others. Your contributions will help shape engineering practices across the organization and improve outcomes.
- Several years of industry experience as a Java‑focused full‑stack engineer, with strong front‑end experience using modern frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.
- Proven experience building end‑to‑end solutions, owning features from design and implementation through to deployment and production support.
- Strong hands‑on experience with AWS and cloud‑native architectures, including the ability to deploy, operate and support your own code in live AWS environments.
- Experience using Infrastructure as Code within AWS (e.g. Terraform, AWS CDK, Pulumi).
- Experience designing, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD), with a focus on automation, reliability and quality.
- Strong engineering standards across accessibility, security, performance and caching, applied consistently throughout the full stack.
- Proven team leadership experience, including leading engineers day‑to‑day, setting technical direction, and growing careers through coaching, mentoring and structured feedback.
