We are looking for bold, commercially‑minded strategists to join our AI and Data practice.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of technology and business reinvention, helping some of the world's leading organisations unlock real, measurable value from AI and data.

You will not just advise, you will lead, build, and deliver.

From defining enterprise AI strategy to embedding Responsible AI and driving large‑scale transformation, this is a role for people who think in outcomes, not just outputs.

What You Will Do

  • Shape ambitious visions for data and AI‑led business reinvention across industries and functions.
  • Define AI and data strategies that build competitive advantage, optimise data assets, and position organisations to lead in an AI‑first world.
  • Assess AI maturity and design the technology blueprints, data strategies, and operating models needed to get there.
  • Build compelling investment cases, roadmaps, and Responsible AI frameworks.
  • Identify the people, processes, and technologies needed to operationalise AI solutions at scale.
  • Create strategy for AI‑first products and develop commercialisation opportunities.
  • Engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Extensive AI & Data experience — including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects.
  • Extesnive high‑value consulting experience, including large‑scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines or relevant industry / functional experience.
  • Experience leading senior‑level (C‑suite) conversations or managing senior‑level stakeholders.
  • Engineering problem‑solver mindset — ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems.
  • Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go‑to‑market activities.
  • Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams, foster collaboration and inclusion, and build strong relationships with stakeholders / clients.
