As a Cybersecurity Business Group Lead, you will partner with clients to unlock hidden value and deliver innovative solutions in the security domain.
Responsibilities
- Identify complex technology business problems and opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs and network-oriented solutions.
- Create differentiated opportunities based on Security offerings and joint go‑to‑market plays developed through Accenture Security.
- Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determine pursuit strategies, develop client contact plans and relationships, and apply industry‑leading Security transformation and operations strategies and practices.
- Prospect new opportunities proactively through client account leads and direct client contact.
- Advance new opportunities through rapid qualification to Stage 2B (priced proposal).
- Travel Monday‑Thursday as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Business Development in the professional services space, specifically Security Services including Identity Access Management and other Security related services.
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales Pursuit Management experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales with a quota of $8M+.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience) or an Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
Additional Skills
- Previous experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing Security.
- Experience working within Security customers.
- Experience selling Identity Access Management solutions such as Ping, Sailpoint, and CyberArk.
- Experience with C‑Level client relationship building and relationship management.
- Proven ability to operate within a team‑oriented environment.
- Demonstrated commitment, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; military or civilian.
- Ability to discuss network modernization and operations “on the fly” with VP+ clients and working‑level technical resources.
- Experience working with ecosystem partners and hyperscalers.
- High energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility and character.
