As a Customer Data Strategy & Consultant, you will:

  • Create Customer Data Strategies: Develop strategies to enable personalized customer experiences across online and offline touchpoints.
  • Utilize Data & AI: Identify how Data and AI can solve business problems and drive value.
  • Generate Insights: Work with Data Scientists and Analysts to generate insights that define new ways to engage prospects, customers, and consumers.
  • Bridge Business and Data Teams: Act as a conduit between business and data teams, translating and guiding in both directions.
  • Measure Initiatives: Ensure that every initiative is measurable and that its value is communicated effectively.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Data Direct Marketing and/or Customer Service.
  • An understanding of Martech and Adtech stacks.
  • Knowledge of analytical approaches for example; attribution, next best action, propensity modelling, segmentation, forecasting.
  • Customer and Marketing Data Strategy.
  • Defining Customer strategies.
  • Defining, operating and experimenting within Contact Strategies.

Set yourself apart:

  • Ability to blend skills from the Data & AI with an understanding of how they will be implemented in the real world to generate business value.
  • Mastery of building Data Driven Customer Strategies.
  • Proven history working as a data professional in integrated Marketing, Commerce or Customer service teams.
