The Commercial Transformation Team – Sales/Commerce Practice: We are looking for someone to join the Commercial Transformation Team within the Sales / Commerce Practice to support clients in the Consumer Goods & Services Industry (e.g. Soft Drinks, Food, AlcoBev, Personal Care, etc) drive their business transformation. Our team supports clients across a wider range of industries transform their businesses across all the capability levers (People, Process, Data, Technology, Organisation), in areas including go-to-market, sales, customer & revenue management. Grow alongside our global network of talent and help drive impactful change for some of the world’s biggest companies.

As a Consumer Goods & Services Commercial Transformation Consultant, you will be:

  • Part of a high performing team tasked with supporting the commercial transformation of Sales & Commerce function. The role will include the following areas where you should have demonstrable experience:
  • Assessing current organisation commercial capabilities including go-to-market, sales, customer & revenue management across the capability levers (People, Process, Data, Technology, Organisation)
  • Shaping and delivering commercial transformation recommendations, designs, and practical implementation roadmaps
  • Overview and knowledge of the technologies and platforms used within Consumer Goods & Services (e.g. SFDC, TPM, SFA & DMS Solutions) and their application with end users
  • A deep understanding of the key commercial processes, roles and operating model of Consumer Goods & Services companies
  • Ability to bring to life the transformation to life for people including development of change, training and communication content
  • Arranging and planning workshops
  • Support on client pitches & proposals
  • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders

You will bring:

  • 7+ years of experience working in the Consumer Goods & Services Industry, (or consulting companies that specialize in Consumer Goods & Services)
  • Experience in Consumer Goods & Services in one or more areas: Key Account Management, Channel, Category Management, Shopper, Revenue
  • Management (RGM or SRM), E-commerce Management, Sales Management; strong analytical skills
  • Expert in business processes and technology widely used in Consumer Goods & Services
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to tell a simple story visually and verbally behind a strong strategic point of view
  • A drive to elevate thinking and the work
  • A curious mentality
  • The desire to be great
