This role is part of the Partners in Performance team, a global management consulting firm focusing on human performance, partnering with clients to deliver lasting impact. Partners in Performance Managers lead engagements, working across business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimisation, and commercial due diligence across diverse clients in the Europe region. You will lead a team of Senior Associates, Associates, and Business Analysts, ensuring engagement delivery, coaching, and client management, while maintaining end‑to‑end responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead engagements across business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimisation, and commercial due diligence.
- Co‑manage a team of Senior Associates, Associates, and Business Analysts, ensuring delivery and collaboration.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and client management, securing high‑quality outcomes.
- Own an end‑to‑end process, keeping a firm grip on delivery and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Outstanding academic results.
- University degree or equivalent experience with a strong emphasis on quantitative skills, especially: Engineering, Commerce/Economics & Mathematics/Science (Preference for quantitative skill set).
- MBA would be an advantage.
- Double degrees and postgraduate degrees are highly regarded.
- Demonstrated passion for results, with a track record of achieving tough targets under pressure.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, including the ability to structure and prioritise effort and ask the right questions to identify root causes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to coach, influence, build trust with senior managers, and achieve results while managing a team’s professional development.
- Propensity to coach and guide younger consultants to deliver results and work through the line to achieve outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to construct compelling arguments supported by facts.
- Ability to influence, manage expectations, and multitask effectively.
