About the Role:

You will be a crucial part of our Customer Technology team supporting the delivery of Personalisation Strategies with clients wanting to drive customer centric experiences. The successful candidate will need to have a particular expertise in Marketing Automation and Customer Data Platforms. Particular focus areas will be:

  • Customer Data Strategy: Understanding data-driven approaches for audience building and segmentation for marketing campaign activation
  • Personalisation and decisioning strategies and capabilities
  • Data Orchestration: Integrating data seamlessly across platforms
  • Product ownership, business analysis, project management (agile) and core consulting skills
  • Strong technical understanding of commercial platforms in the personalization and CDP domains

Your Responsibilities:

You will be part of a high performing team tasked with supporting in growing the personalization and CDP capability and delivering for our clients through strategy and implementation projects. You should have demonstrable experience in the following areas:

  • Digital Marketing Platform Consultant: Gather business requirements, design process & solution for implementation of marketing solutions/tools
  • Conduct vendor assessment, client’s MarTech/AdTech capability assessment
  • Provide recommendations on optimizing the MarTech/AdTech stack and develop use cases to improve utilization of existing MarTech/AdTech stack
  • Research, evaluate and recommend new Martech/Adtech systems and suppliers. Keep a holistic understanding of existing and upcoming platforms and how they connect into the broader marketing technology landscape.
  • Partner with technology solution providers and marketing agencies to deliver the best solution meeting the needs of our clients
  • Strong project management skills: ability to mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders (client and internal) and projects

Aside from client delivery, the selected candidate will also drive business development efforts and thought leadership in the personalization and CDP domain. Be an AI/GenAI native, with hands-on experience of using GenAI tools and with a strong understanding of how AI/GenAI/Agentic capabilities impact personalization strategies and marketing technology.
