In the Data & AI team you will:

  • Be at the forefront of the industry, creating and owning solutions for clients looking to better serve their connected customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Set strategic vision for analytics in-line with broader client landscapes, e.g. marketing, technology, data etc.
  • Establish our client’s customer modelling strategy.
  • Carry out customer analytics and modelling in line with best practice.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to integrate analytics with marketing programs and customer experiences.
  • Gather and clean data from various sources to ensure it is ready for analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer analytics to drive innovation.
