About the Role
Account Manager needed with strong people skills, dedication to client service and experience with multi‑channel deliverables, especially CRM.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi‑channel deliverables focusing on CRM.
- Prepare and manage meeting materials, notes, follow‑ups and resource allocation.
- Build project plans, book creative resources and manage budgets.
- Take briefs from clients, manage expectations, organise kick‑offs, write briefs and brief creative teams.
- Coordinate all departments, deliver campaigns on time and on budget, maintain client trust.
- Collaborate with client third parties to deliver campaigns as needed.
Qualifications
- Positive, can‑do attitude.
- Detail‑oriented, with high standard of delivery.
- Experience with CRM and, ideally, digital, social and print channels.
