Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Assets & Supplier Account Lead to design, configure, and lead Workday Financials solutions within large‑scale transformation programs. You will play a key role in helping our clients maximize the value of their Workday investment, from requirements definition through deployment and adoption.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in all phases of a Workday R2R deployment: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
  • Translate business requirements into Workday configurations and advise on best practices.
  • Configure Workday modules for financial accounting, statutory reporting, and country-specific requirements during global rollouts.
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options, and recommend appropriate mitigation approaches.
  • Ensure integration of R2R processes with other modules and systems (Finance, IT, PMO).
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Demonstrate design options through prototyping and apply Workday methodology (and Accenture Workday Methodology).
  • Report progress to the Project Manager and effectively manage stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Contribute to innovation through the creation of leading methodologies and market assets.

Required Skills

  • Workday Financials – Record-to-Report certification (additional Workday certifications are a plus).
  • Strong track record in financial transformation with multiple end-to-end Workday implementations.
  • Excellent knowledge of R2R processes and best practices.
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Mobility: ability to meet client travel requirements and manage virtual interactions.

Preferred Skills (to Stand Out)

  • Additional Workday Finance certifications.
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
