We are looking for a Manager – Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) to join our growing Song Marketing Data & AI team. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of data-driven marketing effectiveness solutions, helping clients understand and optimize the impact of their marketing investments. You will be responsible for guiding model development, generating strategic insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver real business outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and execute MMM projects: Guide teams in building econometric and statistical models to evaluate the ROI and impact of marketing, media, and promotional activities.
- Translate data into actionable insights: Provide clients with evidence-based recommendations for budget optimization, channel effectiveness, media mix, and marketing strategy.
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact: Build trust and manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment between project delivery and client objectives.
- Support project planning and team leadership: Manage workstreams, delegate tasks, and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate across functional areas, including data engineering, media strategy, digital marketing, and business strategy to ensure holistic and integrated delivery.
- Ensure model integrity and analytical quality: Review outputs and methodologies to ensure robust and reliable results.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and reusable assets within the MMM and broader analytics offering.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Marketing Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
- Strong experience in analytics or consulting roles, including hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modelling.
- Solid understanding of media and marketing channels, including digital, offline, and promotional levers.
- Experience using tools such as R, Python, SAS, SQL for modelling and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a consulting environment or supporting Fortune 500 clients.
- Exposure to multi-touch attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, or digital performance analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Understanding of industry-specific challenges in sectors like CPG, retail, tech, or financial services.
