In our team you will learn to:

  • Use your judgment to solve client business problems, bringing structure and quantitative and qualitative analysis while acting and taking decisions with little management oversight.
  • Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and deliver lasting and distinctive outcomes and value.
  • Develop knowledge of prevailing trends, financials and operating drivers, identifying industry‑specific operating and financial metrics to identify key value drivers.
  • Build and sustain trusted senior client relationships in the C‑suite.
  • Contribute to business development activities including opportunity identification/qualification and proposal development/presentation.

In this role you will deliver successful strategy engagements addressing our clients’ business challenges, providing lasting and distinctive outcomes and value in disciplines such as:

  • Corporate Strategy and Business Model Design
  • Operating Model and Organisational Design
  • Cost and Productivity Transformation
  • M&A and post‑merger Integration
  • Customer Innovation and Growth
  • Technology and AI‑led strategy
  • Transformation Management and Value realisation
  • Exec Governance and Reporting

Understand key strategic/operational issues and structure the problem to develop hypotheses around possible solutions. Structure and create business/market assessments. Develop and utilise industry knowledge to be able to make implementation‑oriented recommendations. Develop business cases to identify, measure and realise enterprise value.

This will include working on a combination of discrete strategy engagements and as part of wider cross‑Accenture teams engaged on larger transformation programmes.

We are looking for experience in the following:

  • Good understanding, interest and experience in Banking and Capital Markets.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience at a top tier or boutique consulting firm or at a leading company with a combination of technical / operational and management / business development / strategy roles.
  • Familiarity with recognised Strategy frameworks and techniques.
  • Experience of building relationships at all levels in an organization.
  • A high‑level understanding of value chain business models, operating models, industry trends and challenges and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience working in diverse teams in complex strategy/consulting engagements, delivering high‑quality output in short timeframes.
  • Strong analytical skills, understands complex issues, quickly absorbs information, excels in conceptual, analytical and creative problem solving.
  • Digitally savvy; curious and passionate about technology, understands its impact on business and society.
  • Driven; enjoys a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results, determined and optimistic.

Academic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Leadership ability in a team environment, with an eagerness to drive progress with a results‑driven attitude.
