- Drive Growth: Drive joint sales and commercial growth by identifying co-sell opportunities, supporting account planning, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
- Orchestrate
Campaigns: Lead Market Unit relevant joint sales campaigns, demand generation initiatives, and solution offerings, including the creation and localization of joint value propositions and co-branded marketing assets.
- Monitor
Performance: Define, monitor, and report Alliance performance against key metrics including partner‑influenced revenue, originated pipeline, co-sell opportunities, joint wins, and partner investment utilization.
- Strategic Expansion: Identify emerging Oracle technologies, strategic initiatives, and ecosystem opportunities to expand the firm’s market presence and client value.

Enablement: Enable internal sales, marketing, and client teams through training, communications, and guidance on Oracle programmes, co‑sell processes, partner benefits, and joint value propositions.
- The Must‑Haves
- Background: Director‑level professional with expertise in business development within professional services.
Possesses a strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and significant experience working within the Oracle ecosystem, including its partner organization, commercial models, and technology strategy.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Business Development in the professional services space, coupled with channel and ecosystem partner management experience.
Demonstrated ability to operate as a cross‑teams orchestrator within a broad network.
- Skills: Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
Possesses a high‑level understanding of Oracle’s enterprise solution portfolio and partner ecosystem.
- Bonus: Previous experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing transformation programs, working within G2000 customers, and C‑Level client relationship building.
Ability to discuss latest technology hot‑topics with VP+ clients and technical resources, and a strong understanding of Oracle partner tooling, programs, commercial models, and sales processes.
Specific knowledge of Oracle AI for Fusion Applications, Fusion Data Intelligence, Fusion Cloud ERP, and Fusion Cloud Applications across key business domains (HCM, SCM, EPM, CX) is also beneficial.
