  • Build strong relationships with the client and 3rd party marketing portal team, working alongside them to optimise campaigns.
  • Create and own status reports, deliver quality task briefs, project timelines, contact reports and actions, across multiple workstreams.
  • Be a brand guardian - own the adoption and compliance of internal processes designed to adhere to on-brand standards, fit for delivery.
  • Support the client services team by producing monthly campaign engagement and performance reports.
  • Develop an understanding of the agency finance process and routes for profitability.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the brand, the target audience, levels of engagement and the competitor set.

  • You'll be collaborative by nature and a natural communicator. Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity in large organisational set-ups.
  • Excellent presentation style with excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
  • An ability to work autonomously, manage your own time as well as work as part of a team.
  • You'll be an organised and proactive operator, with a drive to always be one-step ahead.
  • Energy and enthusiasm, demonstrating a desire to learn and develop quickly in the role.
  • Experience working on an automotive brand, dealer network (or similar regulated category) would be an advantage.
