IBM MQ & API Gateway
— Working experience administering IBM MQ messaging and API Gateway; ability to troubleshoot queues, queue managers, and channels; able to set up and operate MQ independently.
Enterprise Web & Microservices Architecture
— Proven ability to maintain large-scale enterprise online web architectures and microservices environments.

- Agile processes and delivery tooling — understanding of the software delivery life cycle.
- Elastic ELK stack — administration, query development, and Kibana dashboard publishing.
- Web application stack knowledge — from end-user interaction through SSO, web server, app server, and database layers.
- Operational delivery — OS & application patching, performance monitoring, throughput tuning, operational automation.
- AWS administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own one or two application products end-to-end — including patching, application support, and HA setup (e. g., Web Sphere in HA mode in PROD).
- Maintain enterprise container architecture (3-tier) across up to 100 environments per site.
- Participate in application architecture sessions, providing inputs on integration points (Web Services, MQ, SFTP).
- Design, implement, and administer enterprise Kubernetes platforms (Open Shift / Cloud Foundry).
- Manage container provisioning, images, repository lifecycle, and deployment of container-centric services.
- Support enterprise web application and microservices architectures.
- Apply Dev Sec Ops tooling and automation practices.
- Define and execute operational processes: OS-level and application-level patching Operational housekeeping and archival Backup and recovery
- Apply government-level security concepts: hardening, scanning, and maintaining security posture.
- Support AWS administration tasks.
