Role Overview

As a Strategy Consulting Manager, you are the day‑to‑day lead for strategic engagements. You will orchestrate project teams to translate C‑suite ambitions into actionable roadmaps. Your role is to manage the "how"—ensuring rigorous quality, supervising complex workstreams, and acting as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders. You don't just solve problems; you manage the process of discovery and value architecting.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Lead Project Delivery: Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of strategic workstreams, ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and meet Accenture’s high standards of excellence.
• Manage & Mentor: Direct the work of Consultants and Analysts, providing clear guidance, coaching, and "people‑first" mentorship to foster their professional development.
• Drive Strategic Insights: Oversee the development of financial and operational models, ensuring the "so‑what" is clearly extracted from the data to drive bold C‑suite decisions.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to mid‑to‑senior level clients, managing expectations and facilitating workshops to align stakeholders on a shared vision.
• Operating Model Design: Lead the design of future‑ready operating models and digital transformation strategies that integrate business, technology, and operations.
• Business Development: Support Senior Managers and Directors in identifying new opportunities, drafting compelling proposals, and participating in the "oral" presentations for new work.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Relevant experience in management consulting or a high‑growth corporate strategy environment.
