We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience delivering solutions in public sector environments and working in high‑pace, agile delivery teams. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration/custom development. Candidates must also hold relevant Salesforce certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business and functional requirements.
- Develop scalable solutions using OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
- Build and enhance UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Collaborate with public sector stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements.
- Support packaged or SaaS applications and ensure platform stability in fast‑moving project environments.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, technical analysis, and code reviews.
- Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and platform best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on development experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, and general Salesforce configuration.
- Experience working in or supporting public sector programs or government digital services.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently in a high‑pace environment.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability.
