As an Accenture Change Management professional, you design and implement transformational industry, functional and/or digital solutions to drive business value for our clients. Apply deep process, operational excellence and change skills to help clients navigate shifting market demands, optimize their business and leverage their talent.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Change Management leads in creating Change Strategy / Change Plan.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement plan.
  • Design different change management initiatives.
  • Plan and design communications interventions.
  • Enable training upskilling of people impacted by change.
  • Leverage insights from change management related data and analytics to design change strategies.
  • Conduct change impact analysis and stakeholder analysis.
  • Drive change adoption.
  • Engage in collaborative dialogue with client sponsors/leadership to align on key messages and desired behaviour shifts.
  • Define metrics and measure business adoption and business benefits realization.
  • Ensure key messages are communicated accurately and timely using innovative channels.
  • Measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Professional Skill Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of change management/consulting experience is expected.
  • Experience in HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration or Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences and facilitate complex discussions.
  • Strong executive level relationship building skills.
