As an Accenture Change Management professional, you design and implement transformational industry, functional and/or digital solutions to drive business value for our clients. Apply deep process, operational excellence and change skills to help clients navigate shifting market demands, optimize their business and leverage their talent.
Your Role:
- Management Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation.
- Supply Chain Management professionals help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Business diagnosis and planning activities
- Analyzing and assuring quality of the data collected
- Assisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps
- Supervising business architecture and process design activities
- Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs
- Business architecture implementation activities
- Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes
- Developing and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures
- Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Supply Chain Assessment and Strategy and experience in the following skills: Business Model Development, Business Performance Management, Transformational Outsourcing.
