About the Role
As an SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead, you will play a critical role in leading and managing Finance consultants within the Application Management Services (AMS) team. You will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring stability, continuous improvement, and business value delivery across SAP Finance and Reporting solutions while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization. This role combines hands‑on SAP expertise, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement to drive operational excellence and support ongoing business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SAP Finance consultants within the AMS environment, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
- Provide application support across SAP S/4HANA Finance and Reporting modules, resolving incidents and driving root‑cause analysis.
- Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements, align stakeholders, and translate needs into effective SAP solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed functional and process documentation to support system enhancements and integrations.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA Finance, Group Reporting, and Revenue Accounting.
