This role focuses on driving transformation through AI-led solutions by identifying high-value opportunities and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement GenAI-powered automation initiatives, improving operational efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and refine ROI models using actual operational and financial data
- Identify high-impact opportunities for automation and digital transformation
- Design and deliver Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solutions using Generative AI technologies
- Collaborate with business, IT, and operations teams to define data requirements for AI initiatives
- Lead project management activities, including planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication (PMO responsibilities)
- Ensure alignment with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices
- Translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions
- Present insights, recommendations, and outcomes to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, or related roles
- Proficiency in Japanese (N1) is required as this role involves regular communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and review of business and technical materials in Japanese
- Strong proficiency in English for cross-functional collaboration and documentation
- Experience in project management or PMO functions
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in ROI analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to manage stakeholders and work across multiple teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Generative AI technologies and tools
- Exposure to automation platforms and AI solution deployment
- Consulting experience in transformation or operational excellence initiatives
- Familiarity with data architecture and governance concepts
