About the Role
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will play a key role in configuring and supporting enterprise applications, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You will drive system stability, optimize performance, and enable business outcomes by aligning technology solutions with organizational needs while ensuring scalability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements
- Manage application releases, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to quality standards
- Utilize APIs, standard tools, and low-code platforms to enhance system functionality and integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment between technology solutions and business objectives
- Analyze system performance, identify risks, and proactively implement improvements to maintain high availability
- Lead and contribute to team decisions, providing technical guidance and mentorship
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in application configuration, deployment, and operations
- Document best practices and support knowledge‑sharing initiatives across teams
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Proven experience in configuring and supporting SaaS or packaged applications
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, release processes, and system integration
- Ability to analyze system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
