This role focuses on implementing Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding solutions to support clients in modernizing their talent acquisition and onboarding processes. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to configure, deploy, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities, delivering a seamless candidate and new joiner experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Onboarding modules
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and functional designs
- Configure workflows, job requisitions, candidate lifecycle stages, and onboarding journeys within Oracle HCM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, and vendors) to ensure successful system integration and data migration
- Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality delivery
- Provide user training and develop documentation to enable effective system adoption
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices aligned with Oracle capabilities
- Support post-go-live activities, including stabilization, enhancements, and user support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Hands‑on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and/or Oracle Onboarding implementation
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Experience in system configuration, testing, and deployment within Oracle HCM Cloud
- Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business requirements into system solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a project‑driven environment
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Prior experience in full‑cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
