About the Role
The S4/HANA Account Change Lead provides portfolio-level oversight of change management across a large multi‑stream transformation environment. Operating as both an enterprise change leader and a strategic workforce advisor, you will shape the overall change vision, advise senior executives, and ensure consistency, adoption, and alignment across multiple SAP, Salesforce, and related transformation initiatives within the account.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change strategy and adoption oversight across a portfolio of active transformation initiatives, ensuring consistent methodologies, messaging, and measurement.
- Partner with SAP, Salesforce, and cross‑platform programme teams to coordinate change impacts, workforce implications, and integration points.
- Engage at C‑suite and senior leadership levels on topics including workforce transformation, skills evolution, and organizational design.
- Translate digital transformation outcomes into clear talent and change implications, shaping follow‑on advisory and implementation opportunities.
- Advise multiple deal and delivery teams, providing structured problem‑solving and decision support without being embedded in a single project.
- Oversee end‑to‑end change workplans across the portfolio, ensuring alignment to business outcomes, account priorities, and client expectations.
- Facilitate strategic workshops and discussions to guide leaders through complex organizational change considerations.
- Operate with commercial awareness, helping to identify expansion opportunities and deepen the partnership relationship within the account.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading change across large‑scale, multi‑platform transformations (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, HR, digital, or enterprise operations programs).
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence C‑suite and senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Change Management, Journey Management, Stakeholder Management, and Change Analytics.
- Proven ability to operate at portfolio or enterprise level rather than within a single project workstream.
- Demonstrated capability to manage ambiguity, own end‑to‑end workplans, and drive cross‑team alignment.
- Strong consulting toolkit, including structured problem‑solving, storytelling, and strategic advisory skills.
- Experience working within a partnership‑based delivery model and managing senior client expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience advising on workforce transformation, future skills, or organizational design.
- Background supporting multi‑year technology or digital transformation accounts.
- Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
