About the Role

Join a 24/7 critical response operations team responsible for managing high-priority incidents and emergency situations.

In this role, you will coordinate response efforts, support stakeholder communication, and help ensure safety-focused resolutions through clear decision-making and effective incident management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to critical incidents, emergency alerts, and time-sensitive operational events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and emergency services when required.
  • Assess situations quickly and execute established escalation and incident management procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and audit records for all incidents.
  • Provide clear, professional communication during sensitive or high-pressure situations.
  • Participate in incident reviews and identify opportunities to improve processes and operational readiness.
  • Support training exercises, simulations, and certification activities to maintain response preparedness.
  • Partner with operations, quality, and leadership teams to strengthen incident management capabilities.
  • Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in emergency response, incident management, public safety, security operations, command center, aviation operations, dispatch, or similar environments.
  • Experience handling high-priority escalations, crisis situations, or multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, systems, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays in a 24/7 operation.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in security operations centers (SOC), emergency communications, crisis management, or incident command environments.
  • Familiarity with incident management platforms, escalation frameworks, or emergency response procedures.
  • Experience coordinating with emergency services, regulatory agencies, or external stakeholders.
  • Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
