About the Role
Join Accenture as a Communication & Engagement Lead and play a key role in driving workforce adoption and engagement for a large-scale AI and digital transformation program. This role focuses on delivering impactful change management and communications initiatives that enable employees to embrace new ways of working, strengthen stakeholder alignment, and accelerate business value realization.
You will work closely with business leaders, transformation teams, and key stakeholders to design and execute adoption strategies, engagement campaigns, and communication programs that support sustainable organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-user adoption efforts across designated transformation domains through targeted engagement and change management activities.
- Design and execute adoption strategies, including stakeholder engagement plans, change interventions, and reinforcement activities to support successful implementation.
- Build, activate, and manage change champion networks to promote awareness, advocacy, and sustained behavioral change.
- Develop and deliver enterprise-wide communication strategies aligned with transformation objectives and change milestones.
- Create and manage communication materials, including leadership communications, presentations, newsletters, FAQs, user guides, and engagement content.
- Coordinate communication reviews, approvals, and governance activities with key stakeholders to ensure message consistency and quality.
- Track adoption, engagement, and communication effectiveness metrics, using feedback and data-driven insights to continuously improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with program leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to align communications and adoption activities with broader transformation goals.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 7 years of experience in Change Management, Communications, Organizational Change, or Transformation-related roles.
- Demonstrated experience in Digital and AI Adoption initiatives, including change strategy development and execution.
- Strong expertise in communications strategy, planning, and enterprise-wide execution.
- Proven experience building and managing stakeholder engagement programs and change champion networks.
- Experience supporting workforce transition, organizational change, and user adoption in complex enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of HR transformation, HR shared services, HR operating models, or broader enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Experience working within Transformation Management Offices (TMO), Program Management, or large-scale transformation environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale AI, automation, or digital transformation programs.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Operating Models, Target Operating Model (TOM) design, and organizational design principles.
- Professional certification in Change Management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring adoption, engagement, and transformation outcomes.
