About the Role
Accenture is seeking a high‑calibre Client Account Lead to play a strategic role within one of our most significant Government‑Linked Corporation portfolios in Singapore. This role sits at the intersection of client trust, transformation delivery, and commercial growth, supporting institutions that are central to Singapore’s economic and national development agenda. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders, shaping and delivering complex transformation programmes while building a strong foundation toward full Client Account Lead ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders within a flagship Singapore GLC account.
- Navigate complex institutional, governance, and policy‑driven environments, with a strong understanding of GLC operating models.
- Represent Accenture with credibility and commercial maturity when engaging Director, Vice President, and C‑suite stakeholders.
- Partner with clients to translate organisational and national priorities into actionable transformation programmes across digital, operations, data/AI, and core technology.
- Collaborate with Accenture’s cross‑functional teams and reinvention partners to deliver integrated, high‑impact solutions.
- Support the execution of large‑scale, mission‑critical programmes where delivery discipline, pace, and stakeholder alignment are essential.
- Identify, shape, and progress new growth opportunities within the account, contributing to pipeline development, proposal efforts, and deal structuring.
- Track and support account performance across revenue, pipeline, and key commercial metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in consulting, account management, or a senior client‑facing leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience working with Singapore GLCs, statutory boards, or government‑linked organisations, or strong familiarity with how these institutions operate.
- Proven ability to engage and influence Director‑level to C‑suite stakeholders with confidence and commercial insight.
- Experience contributing to or leading large‑scale transformation programmes in complex, matrixed environments.
- Exposure to commercial discussions, deal shaping, and account growth activities.
- Ability to work effectively across Southeast Asian markets and multicultural teams.
- Strong understanding of complex enterprise programmes involving digital core platforms, including SAP.
